Conveniently located within DC's central business corridor at the Heurich House Museum in Dupont Circle, is a creatives-in-residence program featuring some of the city's best artisans and entreprenuers.

Studios are located in the Heurich family’s former carriage house and 3rd and 4th floor guest rooms - rental price includes utilities and may allow for program partnerships. The studios are best suited for small, creative businesses like architects, documentary filmmakers, designers, and small-scale manufacturers.
