Heurich House & 1921 Birthday Party

On Wednesday, April 24th from 4:00-8:00pm, celebrate 5 years of our biergarten, 1921, and 130 years of the Heurich House! In the backyard of the historic house, decorate your own garden-themed cupcake, make a birthday card, and learn how you can help support the museum for another 130 years!

1921 is a biergarten in our Castle Garden that serves a rotating list of fresh local craft beer from DC breweries and beer brands, craft cocktails and wine from the area’s best beverage producers, and Senate Beer, the museum’s historic revival with Right Proper Brewing Company. Sip on your drink while visiting HOME/BREWED, an exhibit in the carriage house featuring 1,000 objects from the Heurich brewery. 1921 supports the museum’s Education and Urban Manufacturer Incubator programs.

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the biergarten.
